61kWh 12kW Stacked Off Grid Energy Storage System 10kW PV Array Microgrid Hub
61.44kWh 12kW Off Grid Energy Storage System with Stackable Battery Bank
This off grid energy storage system combines a 61.44kWh stackable LiFePO4 battery bank with a 12kW pure sine wave inverter and dual MPPT solar charging. It provides the largest energy reserve in the series for remote facilities with substantial daily consumption and controlled peak loads.
The system can be evaluated for remote homes, clinics, agricultural facilities, workshops, offices and other sites where solar energy must support local loads beyond daylight hours. Generator or utility charging can provide recovery support when solar production is insufficient.
Use the Larger Battery as a Managed Energy Reserve
A 61.44kWh battery can provide a longer potential operating period, but it does not remove the need for load control. Essential equipment, flexible machinery and high-consumption appliances should be placed into separate operating groups.
The inverter output remains 12kW. Running several high-power loads simultaneously may reach the power limit even when substantial battery energy remains available.
For best results, operate flexible equipment during stronger solar periods and preserve stored energy for overnight or emergency loads.
Plan Enough Solar Energy for Battery Recovery
Two MPPT inputs support separate solar strings, with 5000W and 18A listed for each channel. The PV array should be designed according to daily watt-hour consumption rather than battery capacity alone.
If the battery is deeply used each day, the project needs sufficient solar energy and effective sunlight hours to restore the required reserve. Daytime loads also consume part of the available PV production.
A compatible AC source can assist during poor weather. Generator size should account for the charging demand together with any other equipment using the generator.
Control Peak Power and Separate Load Circuits
The inverter supplies 12kW continuous output and lists 22000VA instantaneous power. Motor-driven loads should still be checked for starting demand and operating frequency.
Two AC outputs allow essential circuits to remain separate from flexible equipment. Each channel is listed at up to 6kW when both outputs are used, while total output remains 12kW.
Parallel inverter operation is supported when the site needs additional AC output. The number of units and complete power-distribution design should be confirmed before quotation.
The product does not support grid export and should be installed in a dry indoor or protected technical location.

61.44kWh Off-Grid System FAQ
Can this system provide several days of off-grid power?
That depends on daily consumption, solar production, reserve settings and whether generator support is available.
Can it supply a large remote facility?
Suitability depends on whether peak power remains within 12kW and daily energy use fits the battery and recharge plan.
Can more than 12kW of power be provided?
Parallel inverter operation is supported, but the complete multi-unit configuration should be reviewed before ordering.
Is generator charging recommended?
It can provide useful recovery support during extended low-solar periods when the generator output is compatible.
What is needed for an accurate quotation?
Provide the daily load schedule, peak and startup power, local sunlight, solar-array proposal, generator data and project quantity.
