WiFi 4kW Hybrid Solar Inverter For 48V Batteries With 80A Charging
4kW Hybrid Solar Inverter for 48V Batteries with 80A Charging and WiFi
48V Battery Integration with Local and Remote Monitoring
This 4kW hybrid solar inverter is designed for compatible 48V lithium and lead-acid battery systems. It combines battery charging, photovoltaic conversion, backup power management and system monitoring in one wall-mounted unit.
The battery connection operates across a 40–60Vdc range, with 48V listed as the recommended battery platform. Maximum charging and discharging currents are both rated at 80A.
RS485 and CAN interfaces are provided for compatible battery-management communication. LCD, APP, WiFi and LAN access allow installers and system operators to view operating information locally or remotely.
Battery, BMS and Energy Management Features
Flexible 48V Battery Platform
Compatible lithium or lead-acid battery banks can be selected according to required capacity, discharge demand and backup duration.
80A Charging and Discharging
The inverter supports up to 80A of battery charging and 80A of discharging when permitted by the battery and DC installation.
RS485 and CAN Communication
Compatible lithium batteries can exchange operating data with the inverter after the communication protocol and cable definition are confirmed.
Peak and Valley Time Settings
Time-based operating settings can help coordinate battery charging and energy use according to the project’s electricity schedule.
Battery Capacity and Charging-Current Planning
The listed 80A charging capability should not automatically be applied to every battery. The final setting must remain within the battery manufacturer’s permitted charge rate, BMS limit, cable capacity and DC protection rating.
The maximum battery charging voltage is listed as 60Vdc. Battery chemistry, operating voltage and charge settings must be checked before commissioning.
Battery capacity should be selected from average load, required backup duration and usable depth of discharge. Increasing battery capacity may extend operating time but does not increase the inverter’s 4kW output.
The presence of RS485 and CAN ports does not guarantee compatibility with every lithium battery. The supported protocol and cable pin configuration should be confirmed before ordering.
Compatible CT or smart-meter communication can support energy measurement and self-consumption control. Final settings must follow the project design and local connection requirements.

48V Battery Hybrid Inverter FAQ
Which batteries can be connected?
Compatible lithium and lead-acid batteries operating within the 40–60Vdc range may be used after voltage and current requirements are confirmed.
Can every 48V battery accept 80A charging?
No. Permitted charging current depends on battery capacity, chemistry, BMS rating, cable size and DC protection equipment.
Does RS485 or CAN guarantee BMS compatibility?
No. The inverter and battery must also use a compatible protocol, cable pin definition and communication settings.
Can system information be viewed remotely?
Compatible WiFi or LAN communication can provide application-based monitoring after the network and monitoring platform are configured.
Can battery operation follow different electricity time periods?
The specification includes peak and valley time settings. The final schedule should be configured according to the project’s electricity-use plan.
