48V Battery Inverter for Flexible Solar Storage Systems

This 3kW hybrid solar inverter is designed for compatible 48V lithium or lead-acid battery systems. It combines solar energy conversion, battery charging, backup output and remote monitoring in one wall-mounted unit.

The battery input operates across a 40–60Vdc range, with 48V listed as the recommended battery voltage. Maximum battery charging and discharging current are both rated at 80A.

RS485 and CAN battery-management connections help installers integrate compatible lithium batteries, while LCD, APP, WiFi and LAN options provide local and remote access to operating information.

Flexible 48V Battery Platform

Compatible lithium or lead-acid battery banks can be selected according to the required capacity, cycle profile and backup duration.

80A Charge and Discharge

The inverter supports up to 80A battery charging and 80A discharging when the battery, cabling and protection system permit.

BMS and Energy Management Access

RS485 and CAN are available for compatible BMS communication, while RS485 supports the EMS or external meter connection.

WiFi and LAN Monitoring

System status can be viewed through the LCD and compatible application, with WiFi or LAN communication available for remote monitoring.

Battery Sizing and Installation Guidance

The maximum 80A charging current should not automatically be applied to every battery. The final setting must remain within the battery manufacturer’s permitted charge rate, BMS current limit, cable capacity and DC protection rating.

Battery capacity should be selected according to average load and required backup time. A larger battery bank may extend runtime, but it does not increase the inverter’s 3kW AC output rating.

Natural cooling and a listed noise level of no more than 29dB make the inverter suitable for residential and light-commercial locations where low operating noise is important.

BMS communication must be confirmed before ordering. The presence of RS485 and CAN ports does not guarantee compatibility with every lithium battery protocol.
