Product Description

15.36kWh 51.2V Rack Mounted Lithium Battery with Modular Capacity Expansion

This 15.36kWh rack mounted lithium battery is positioned for backup systems that require a substantial energy reserve and a clear path for future capacity expansion.

Its 51.2V, 300Ah LiFePO4 platform can be paired with compatible inverter equipment for telecom, security, medical, office and other priority-load applications. The larger cabinet is designed for protected floor placement.

Extended Reserve for Priority Equipment

The 15.36kWh nominal capacity can maintain energy for selected equipment during a planned backup period. Suitable loads may include communications, monitoring, security, refrigeration, lighting and other circuits defined by the project.

Backup duration should be calculated from the complete load schedule rather than a single appliance rating. Inverter losses, battery reserve and operating conditions also affect usable energy.

Plan Daily Discharge and Recharge Capacity

A high-capacity battery requires sufficient solar or AC charging power to recover the energy used during the available charging window.

The rated charge and discharge current is 100A. The specification lists 200A continuous current and 205A for 10 seconds, but actual settings should follow the inverter and recharge strategy.

Modular Battery Bank Expansion

Matching batteries can be connected in parallel when additional energy capacity is required. Six units are recommended for common configurations, while up to sixteen units are listed as supported.

Future expansion should be considered when selecting the inverter, busbar, cables, protection equipment and installation space. Mixing different battery specifications or operating conditions should be avoided unless compatibility is confirmed.

Communication and Backup Monitoring

RS485, RS232 and CAN interfaces support compatible inverter communication. Optional Bluetooth and WiFi can provide local or remote access to supported battery information.

The cabinet weighs approximately 108kg and requires a dry indoor or protected technical location. Its side cable outlet should remain accessible after installation.

Modular Backup Battery FAQ

How should priority loads be selected?

List the equipment that must remain available and calculate its combined power and energy use during the required backup period.

Why should recharge time be calculated?

The charging source must restore the energy used before the next planned backup or operating cycle.

Should extra battery capacity be reserved?

A project may retain additional energy for system losses, unexpected load growth or a longer reserve period.

Can new batteries be mixed with older modules?

Battery condition, age, specification, BMS settings and communication should be reviewed before combining modules.

Can the system provide remote battery information?

WiFi and optional Bluetooth are listed, but the exact monitoring configuration should be confirmed during quotation.
