10.24kWh 51.2V 200Ah Floor Standing Lithium Battery For Home Backup
10.24kWh 51.2V 200Ah Floor Standing LiFePO4 Battery for Home Backup
A 10kWh-Class Battery Designed Around Household Backup Time
This floor standing LiFePO4 battery provides 10.24kWh of nominal energy through a 51.2V and 200Ah electrical configuration. It is intended for compatible residential solar, off-grid and backup systems where the project requires more stored energy than a typical 5kWh-class battery.
The additional capacity can help installers plan longer operating periods for selected household circuits such as lighting, refrigeration, communication equipment, security systems and other priority loads. The final backup duration depends on the actual load profile rather than the battery capacity alone.
Its floor-supported structure is particularly relevant for installations where an 88kg battery would be unsuitable for conventional wall mounting. With a cabinet depth of 139mm, the unit can be positioned close to a suitable indoor wall while keeping the main battery weight supported by the floor.
Why Choose a Floor-Standing Battery at This Capacity
More Energy Than a 5kWh-Class Battery
The 10.24kWh nominal capacity can support a longer planned backup window when compared under similar load, inverter and discharge conditions.
Floor-Supported Installation
The battery weight is carried by the floor, reducing dependence on a heavy-duty wall-mounted structure while maintaining a slim equipment footprint.
200A Continuous Discharge
The documented current limit supports appropriately selected inverter systems after the battery-side demand, DC cabling and protection devices are checked.
Plan the Battery from the Essential-Load List
A 10.24kWh battery should be selected from the expected energy demand over time. The installer should list each priority appliance, its normal operating power and the number of hours it needs to run during an outage or off-grid period.
Appliances with motors or compressors may also have a temporary startup demand. This startup requirement should be evaluated against the inverter capability and battery current limits, rather than assuming that stored energy alone determines whether the appliance can operate.
Not all of the 10.24kWh nameplate energy will necessarily reach the AC loads. Usable energy is influenced by inverter efficiency, battery protection settings, selected discharge depth, operating temperature and cable losses.
Match the Battery with a Compatible 48V-Class Inverter
The inverter must support a nominal 51.2V lithium battery and remain compatible with the complete 40.0–58.4Vdc battery operating range. Its charging profile should also support the listed 56.0V floating-charge voltage.
The maximum continuous charging current is 100A. This is a limit rather than a required setting. A lower charging value may be selected according to the inverter charger, available solar power, cable rating and preferred charging time.
Continuous discharge is rated at up to 200A. The inverter’s maximum battery-side demand, cable cross-section, cable length, M8 terminal connection and DC breaker or fuse must remain suitable for the planned current.
The battery has an IP20 enclosure and requires a dry indoor installation. It must be protected from rain, condensation, direct sunlight, excessive dust and nearby heat sources.

10.24kWh Floor Battery FAQ
Is the actual battery capacity 10kWh or 10.24kWh?
The formal rating is 51.2V and 200Ah, which equals 10240Wh or 10.24kWh of nominal stored energy.
How long can this battery power household loads?
Runtime depends on usable battery energy, average load, inverter efficiency and the configured discharge limit. A load list is required for an accurate estimate.
Does a floor-standing battery need wall fixing?
The floor supports the battery weight, but the installation method should still prevent movement or tipping according to site conditions and local requirements.
Can the battery continuously supply 300A?
No. Continuous discharge is limited to 200A. The 300A specification applies only to a one-second pulse.
Is the battery suitable for outdoor use?
No outdoor claim should be made. Its IP20 enclosure requires a protected and dry indoor installation area.
Home Backup Capacity Assessment
To evaluate the battery for a residential project, provide the essential-load list, required operating hours, inverter rating, charging source and available indoor installation space.
