32kWh 51.2V Floor Standing Lithium Battery with CAN RS485 Communication

This floor standing lithium battery provides 32kWh of nominal LiFePO4 energy storage on a 51.2V, 628Ah platform. It is designed for larger residential solar systems, small commercial backup projects and off-grid applications that require more stored energy than a standard wall-mounted battery.

The integrated cabinet keeps the battery cells, BMS and communication interfaces within one floor-standing enclosure. A compatible external inverter or PCS is required to manage solar charging and AC load supply.

32kWh Energy Reserve for Larger Load Profiles

The battery offers substantially more energy capacity than common 5kWh, 10kWh and 15kWh residential batteries. It can be considered for projects with longer backup requirements, higher overnight consumption or a larger amount of daytime solar energy available for storage.

Battery capacity and inverter power should be selected separately. The 32kWh rating determines the stored-energy reserve, while the external inverter determines the available AC output and charging power.

Compatible Inverter and Charging Requirements

The selected inverter should support a 51.2V nominal lithium battery with a 44V discharge cut-off reference and a 58.4V charging cut-off voltage. The inverter’s charge and discharge settings must remain compatible with the battery specifications.

The maximum continuous charging current is 150A, while the maximum continuous discharge current is 200A. Actual operating current can be set lower according to the inverter rating, cable design, charging source and required battery service conditions.

CAN, RS485 and RS232 interfaces provide communication options for compatible inverter and monitoring equipment. The exact communication method should be confirmed for the selected inverter model before ordering.

Floor-Standing Cabinet for Indoor Projects

The battery cabinet measures 740 × 445 × 745mm and has a net weight of approximately 210kg. Delivery access, floor loading and the final installation position should be reviewed before shipment.

Its IP22 protection rating requires a dry indoor or protected technical location. The cabinet should be installed on a stable floor with adequate ventilation and access for power cables, communication wiring and routine inspection.

The product is supplied as a battery-storage unit. The inverter, solar array, AC distribution and external system protection are selected separately.

Does the battery include an inverter?

No. A compatible external inverter or PCS must be selected separately.

Can it work with any 48V solar inverter?

Not automatically. The inverter voltage settings, current limits and communication method must be compatible.

Is the 32kWh value usable AC energy?

It is nominal DC battery energy. Inverter efficiency, battery settings and system losses affect the energy available to AC loads.

Can the cabinet be installed outdoors?

The IP22 cabinet should be installed in a dry indoor or protected technical location.

What information is required for project selection?

Provide the inverter model, daily energy use, peak load, required backup time, charging source and installation location.
