12kW Hybrid Solar Inverter 48V With Dual MPPT 22000VA Surge Output
12kW 48V Hybrid Solar Inverter with Dual MPPT and 22000VA Surge Output
This 12kW hybrid solar inverter combines pure sine wave AC output, dual MPPT solar charging, 48V battery integration and twin AC output functions in one system. It is suitable for large homes, shops, farm facilities, offices and other projects that need solar power, battery backup and organized load distribution.
The inverter provides 12kW rated output and 22000VA surge power. Its main and secondary output channels allow important loads to be separated from equipment that can be limited when battery energy or solar production is insufficient.
12kW Pure Sine Wave Power for Multiple Loads
The pure sine wave output supports compatible household, office and light commercial equipment at 220V, 230V or 240V AC. The output frequency can be configured for 50Hz or 60Hz applications.
The main output can supply up to 12kW, while the secondary output is rated up to 6kW. Both channels share the same 12kW total-output limit and should not be calculated as 18kW combined power.
The listed 22000VA surge capacity supports compatible equipment with temporary startup demand. Pumps, compressors, refrigeration and motor-driven loads should still be checked according to their actual starting specifications.
Dual MPPT Solar Input Architecture
Two MPPT input channels allow the photovoltaic array to be divided into separate string groups. Each channel supports up to 22.5A of solar input current, making the solar inverter suitable for projects with two roof orientations or independent PV sections.
The MPPT operating range is 60–500Vdc, and the maximum photovoltaic open-circuit voltage is 500Vdc. Solar-string voltage must remain below this limit under the coldest expected site conditions.
The product sheet lists 12kW as the maximum PV input power and also lists a maximum PV array power of 7500W × 2. The final panel configuration should be confirmed according to the approved project specification.
48V Battery and Flexible Charging
The inverter operates with a 48V-class battery system and supports a documented battery range of 40–60V. RS485 lithium battery communication is available for compatible battery configurations.
The maximum solar charging current is 160A, while AC charging supports up to 120A. The maximum combined charging current remains 160A, so solar and AC charging values should not be added together.
Lithium battery activation can be initiated through PV or utility input. This is useful when a compatible battery protection system has entered a low-energy state.
Monitoring and Installation
The solar inverter includes an LCD and provides RS232, RS485 and dry-contact interfaces. Built-in WiFi is available as an optional configuration for supported remote-monitoring requirements.
Source transfer time is listed as 10ms in computer mode and 20ms in household-appliance mode. Connected equipment may respond differently during transfer, so uninterrupted operation should not be assumed for every device.
The IP21 enclosure requires a dry indoor or protected technical location with adequate ventilation. Parallel inverter operation is not supported, so the required project power should be confirmed before ordering.
