The Voltertech BAT-5KWH-51.2V-A is a compact floor-standing LiFePO4 battery designed for residential solar storage, essential-load backup and daily self-consumption. Its 5.12kWh nominal energy and vertical enclosure make it suitable for homes, apartments and small solar projects where wall mounting is not preferred.

Compact 5kWh Battery for Home Backup

The battery uses a 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 configuration with a stated operating voltage range of 40–58.4V. It can be paired with a compatible low-voltage solar inverter after the battery voltage range, charging current and communication protocol have been confirmed.

Home Backup Power

Reserve energy for lighting, routers, televisions, refrigerators and other selected household loads during grid interruptions.

Solar Self-Consumption

Store part of the daytime solar generation for household use during the evening or periods of low solar production.

Floor-Standing Design and BMS Communication

The vertical battery enclosure measures 600 × 430 × 210mm and can be placed on a suitable indoor floor. Installers should provide sufficient clearance for power cables, communication wiring, ventilation and maintenance access.

The integrated BMS supports RS485, CAN and RS232 communication. An LED panel and power-status indicator provide local operating information. The exact communication protocol must be checked against the selected inverter model before ordering.

The specification lists approximately 6,000 cycles at a depth of discharge of at least 90%, or approximately 10,000 cycles at a depth of discharge of at least 80%. Actual battery life depends on temperature, charging rate, discharge depth and operating conditions.
