61.44kWh 12kW All In One Energy Storage System With Modular Battery Stack
61.44kWh 12kW All in One Energy Storage System with Modular Battery Stack
This all in one energy storage system combines a 61.44kWh LiFePO4 battery stack with a 12kW pure sine wave inverter, dual MPPT charging and two AC output channels. It is the largest battery configuration in this product range and is designed for projects where extended energy reserve is the main selection priority.
The modular vertical structure allows the system to provide more stored energy without spreading several separate battery cabinets across the installation area. It can be evaluated for large homes, offices, farm facilities, clinics and small commercial projects with controlled peak loads.
Extended Energy Reserve with 12kW Conversion
The 61.44kWh battery capacity provides four times the nominal energy of the 15.36kWh base configuration. The AC output remains 12kW, making this model more suitable for longer operating periods rather than higher simultaneous power.
A larger battery can support longer backup or more daily solar-energy shifting when loads remain controlled. The required battery capacity should still be calculated from actual consumption and the energy available for recharging.
Four-Section Battery Stack
The battery structure uses one bottom section and three middle expansion sections beneath the inverter. This vertical arrangement increases energy capacity while maintaining a consistent 750 × 450mm equipment footprint.
The stack should be installed on a stable floor in a dry indoor technical area. Access for ventilation, cables, monitoring and routine inspection should remain available.
Match Solar Production to a 61.44kWh Battery
Dual MPPT inputs provide two independent solar-string channels, each listed at up to 5000W and 18A. Solar-array design should consider both the inverter input limits and the time needed to recover a larger battery bank.
Projects that use a significant portion of the battery each day need sufficient solar production or AC charging support. A large battery without adequate recharge energy may not return to the required reserve level before the next cycle.
Load Control and Parallel Power Options
Two AC outputs can separate essential and flexible circuits. The total continuous AC output remains 12kW, while the documented instantaneous power is 22000VA.
Parallel inverter operation is supported when a project requires more AC power. The quantity of systems, load distribution and battery strategy should be confirmed before quotation.
RS232, RS485, CAN, lithium battery communication and LCD monitoring provide multiple system-integration options.
Grid export is not supported. The product is designed for local energy storage, backup and load supply.

61.44kWh All in One ESS FAQ
Is this the largest battery option in the series?
Yes. It provides 61.44kWh of nominal energy through one base battery and three expansion sections.
Does the system provide more than 12kW because the battery is larger?
No. The rated inverter output remains 12kW. The larger battery increases the energy reserve.
Can the system be expanded for more AC power?
Parallel operation is supported, subject to confirmation of the planned system configuration.
How much solar capacity is needed?
The required array depends on daily consumption, local sunlight and how much battery energy must be restored.
What should be reviewed before choosing this capacity?
Review daily energy use, peak power, required reserve, recharge time, installation space and project quantity.
Confirm Whether 61.44kWh Is the Right Size
Send the daily load profile and charging conditions. We will compare the available battery configurations and recommend a suitable energy reserve.
