Hybrid Solar Power for Larger Residential Loads
This 6kW 48V hybrid solar inverter combines photovoltaic generation, battery storage, grid-connected self-consumption and a dedicated backup output in one wall-mounted energy platform.
The inverter provides 6kW of on-grid AC output at 230Vac, with a listed output current of 26.1A. A separate 6kW backup output can supply compatible priority circuits when the normal utility source is unavailable.
Up to 9kW of photovoltaic input can be connected through two independent MPPT trackers. This configuration provides flexibility for properties with separate roof sections, different panel orientations or photovoltaic strings with different operating conditions.

The photovoltaic input allowance provides additional solar capacity for daytime electrical consumption and battery charging within the approved limits.
Two Independent MPPT Trackers
Each tracker accepts one suitable photovoltaic string, helping installers manage different roof orientations or partial shading conditions.
Dedicated 6kW Backup Output
Lighting, refrigeration, communication equipment, security systems and selected office or household loads can be assigned to the backup circuit.
IP66 Enclosure Protection
The enclosure supports protected outdoor installation when mounting position, cable sealing, ventilation clearance and installation instructions are followed.
PV String and Backup Load Planning
The photovoltaic startup voltage is 90Vdc, while the normal MPPT operating range is 80–520Vdc. For full-power operation, the listed MPPT range for this 6kW version is 250–500Vdc.
Maximum photovoltaic open-circuit voltage is 550Vdc. Each MPPT accepts up to 19A of operating current, with a listed short-circuit-current limit of 25A per tracker.
Panel quantity and string arrangement should be calculated from module operating voltage, open-circuit voltage, current and temperature coefficient. Cold-weather open-circuit voltage must remain below the inverter limit.
The backup output should supply planned priority circuits rather than every appliance in the building. Combined continuous demand should remain within 6kW, and motor-driven equipment should be checked for startup requirements.
Battery capacity determines backup duration. Increasing battery capacity can extend operating time, but it does not increase the inverter’s 6kW output rating.

Can panels facing different directions use separate MPPT inputs?
Suitable separate strings may be connected to the two independent trackers when each MPPT remains within its approved limits.
What loads should be connected to the backup output?
Installers normally select priority circuits such as lighting, refrigeration, communication equipment, security systems and essential office devices.
Does the backup output continuously provide more than 6kW?
No. The listed nominal and apparent backup output ratings are 6kW and 6kVA. Continuous connected demand should remain within these limits.
Can the IP66 inverter be installed outdoors?
It supports protected outdoor installation when mounting, cable sealing, ventilation clearance and environmental instructions are followed.
