Product Description

12kW 51.2V Solar Inverter with 15kW Dual MPPT Input and 24kVA Surge

High-Output Inverter for Larger Solar and Backup Loads

This 12kW 51.2V solar inverter combines pure sine wave AC output, dual MPPT photovoltaic charging, compatible utility input, battery charging and generator-mode transfer in one integrated power platform.

The inverter provides 12kW of continuous output and 24kVA of short-duration surge capacity. It can be considered for larger residential systems, villas, home offices, retail stores, workshops and other applications with several coordinated electrical loads.

Its solar charger supports up to 9kW when one MPPT channel is used or up to 15kW total when both MPPT channels are configured. This provides additional photovoltaic capacity for supporting daytime loads and charging the battery.

Dual MPPT Solar Input and Load-Support Features

15kW Dual MPPT Input

Both MPPT channels can support up to 15kW of total photovoltaic input when the required voltage and current limits are followed.

Flexible Solar String Design

Separate MPPT channels can support suitable strings installed on different roof sections or orientations.

24kVA Starting Headroom

Short-duration surge capacity provides additional starting headroom for compatible pumps, compressors, refrigeration equipment and air conditioners.

Multiple Power Sources

Solar, battery, compatible utility input and generator operation can be coordinated according to the selected operating settings.

PV String and Electrical Load Planning

When one MPPT channel is used, the listed maximum solar input is 9kW with a 27A input-current limit. When both MPPT channels are used, the total solar input can reach 15kW with a listed current limit of 22.5A per MPPT.

The photovoltaic array must operate within the 60–450Vdc MPPT range. Total open-circuit voltage must remain below 500Vdc under all expected conditions, including the increase in panel voltage during colder weather.

The combined continuous AC load should remain within 12kW. The 24kVA rating represents short-duration surge capacity and does not mean that the inverter can continuously supply 24kW.

Battery capacity determines expected operating duration and must be selected separately from inverter power. Increasing battery capacity can extend runtime but does not increase the 12kW continuous output rating.

12kW Dual MPPT Solar Inverter FAQ

Can the inverter continuously provide 24kW?

No. Continuous output is 12kW. The 24kVA value represents short-duration surge capacity for compatible starting loads.

Can 15kW of solar panels be connected?

The charger supports up to 15kW total when both MPPT channels are used and all voltage and current limits are followed.

Is the 15kW rating available through one MPPT?

No. One MPPT supports up to 9kW. The 15kW value applies to the combined use of both MPPT channels.

Can the two MPPT channels use different solar strings?

Suitable separate strings may be used when each channel follows the specified voltage, current and power limits.

Does this model support parallel inverter operation?

No parallel quantity is specified in the formal parameter table. The listed parallel quantity is N/A.

High-Output Solar Inverter Project Support
