12kW 30kWh All In One Stackable Hybrid Energy Storage Systems With Dual MPPT
Six - Module 12kW 30kWh All In One Energy Storage System with Dual MPPT
Modular All In One ESS for Higher-Capacity Solar Projects
This 12kW 30kWh all in one energy storage system combines a pure sine wave inverter, six stackable LiFePO4 battery modules, dual MPPT solar charging, dual AC output and WiFi monitoring in one coordinated platform.
Six 5.12kWh battery modules provide 30.72kWh of rated energy and approximately 27.6kWh of usable storage at 90% depth of discharge. The configuration offers a larger energy reserve for projects requiring longer backup operation than the 20kWh or 25kWh versions.
The separate inverter and battery modules simplify transportation, narrow site access and final positioning. This modular arrangement is suitable for villas, larger homes, home offices, small commercial premises and generator-supported solar projects.
Six-Module Stackable Energy Storage Design
Modular Battery Installation
Six separate battery modules can be transported and positioned individually before the complete stack is assembled.
Extended Energy Reserve
Approximately 27.6kWh of usable storage provides additional operating time for selected circuits during utility interruptions.
High Starting-Load Headroom
The 24kVA surge rating provides short-duration support for compatible pumps, compressors and air conditioners after startup demand is checked.
Dual AC Load Outputs
Priority circuits can be separated from flexible loads to manage stored energy more effectively during an outage.
Dual MPPT Solar Input and Multiple Charging Sources
The solar charger supports up to 9kW of photovoltaic input with one MPPT or up to 15kW when both MPPT channels are used. Separate channels can support suitable solar strings installed on different roof sections or orientations.
Solar generation can supply compatible daytime loads while charging the battery. Stored energy can then support selected circuits when solar production decreases or utility power is unavailable.
Compatible utility input or a generator can provide an additional charging source during prolonged outages or periods of low solar production. Generator voltage, frequency and available power must be confirmed before commissioning.
The 12kW rating represents continuous output, while 24kVA is short-duration surge capacity. The approximately 27.6kWh usable battery reserve determines operating duration and should be calculated separately from inverter power.

12kW 30kWh All In One ESS FAQ
How is the 30kWh battery capacity configured?
The system uses six 5.12kWh LiFePO4 modules, providing 30.72kWh of rated energy and approximately 27.6kWh of usable storage at 90% depth of discharge.
What is the advantage of six separate battery modules?
The modular arrangement simplifies transportation, narrow site access, lifting and final equipment positioning compared with one large battery cabinet.
Can two separate photovoltaic strings be connected?
Dual MPPT supports suitable separate solar strings when each input remains within the specified power, voltage and current limits.
Does the 24kVA rating represent continuous output?
No. Continuous output is 12kW. The 24kVA value represents short-duration starting headroom for compatible equipment.
Can a generator recharge the battery during an extended outage?
Yes, when the generator provides compatible voltage, frequency and sufficient power for the selected charging settings and active loads.
Six-Module ESS Project Support
This 12kW 30kWh all in one energy storage system is suitable for solar distributors, installers and project developers requiring high output power, modular battery storage and longer backup capacity.
