Match the Inverter to the Current Limit, Not Only the Capacity
This 25.6V 206Ah IP65 lithium battery provides 5.2736kWh of nominal LiFePO4 energy. It is intended for compatible inverter and UPS systems where approximately 5kWh of storage is required but continuous battery-side current remains within 100A.
A larger energy capacity does not automatically allow a larger inverter. The inverter’s maximum battery current must be calculated from its output power, efficiency and lowest expected DC operating voltage.
Commissioning Sequence
1. Confirm that the inverter or charger supports a 25.6V LiFePO4 battery.
2. Configure a compatible charging profile with a listed 28.0V floating-charge setting.
3. Limit continuous charging current to 50A or lower.
4. Confirm that maximum continuous battery demand remains within 100A.
Continuous and Pulse Output
The battery supports up to 100A continuous discharge. Cables, M8 terminals, fuses and breakers should be selected for the configured current and installation conditions.
The 150A pulse value applies for one second only. It may provide temporary headroom for a compatible short event but must not be treated as continuous output.
What Happens When a Limit Is Exceeded
The integrated BMS provides overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature protection. The BMS may interrupt battery operation when a protection threshold is reached.
Repeated shutdowns should not be treated as normal operation. They indicate that load demand, inverter settings, charging parameters or installation conditions should be reviewed.
Case and Environmental Planning
The battery measures 523 × 269 × 218mm and weighs 35.5kg net. The supporting surface and handling procedure should be planned before delivery.
The IP65 enclosure supports protected technical installation, but terminal connections and external protection equipment still require suitable covers. The battery must not be immersed.
Confirm the final inverter cutoff and charging settings with the project specification before commissioning.
