Lithium Battery with BMS Protection and Inverter Communication Options

This 25.6V 100Ah wall mounted lithium battery is designed for compatible solar inverters, off-grid power systems and residential backup installations. Its nominal energy capacity is 2.56kWh, based on the formal 25.6V and 100Ah electrical rating.

The integrated battery-management system includes listed protection functions for overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature conditions. These functions help manage battery operation within the documented voltage, current and environmental limits.

Optional CAN and RS485 communication ports can support compatible inverter integration. An optional LCD is also available for local access to supported battery operating information.

CAN RS485 and Inverter Compatibility Planning

The presence of CAN or RS485 ports does not guarantee communication with every solar inverter. The battery and inverter must use a compatible protocol, correct cable pin assignment and appropriate software settings.

The source specification lists protocol support for several inverter manufacturers, including Deye, Growatt, Voltronic, GoodWe, PYLO, Victron, SMA and Sofar. The exact inverter model and software version should still be confirmed before ordering.

When communication compatibility is not confirmed, installers should not assume that automatic state-of-charge reporting, battery alarms or charging-current control will be exchanged with the inverter.

Electrical compatibility remains necessary even when communication is available. The inverter must operate within the battery’s 20.0–29.2Vdc range, support a 28.0V floating-charge voltage and limit continuous charging current to 50A.

Communication ports and the LCD are optional configurations. The required hardware, supported inverter protocol and cable definition should be confirmed before the purchase order is finalized.
