Product Description

1.92kWh 12.8V 150Ah LiFePO4 Battery with High-Current Mobility Power

This 1.92kWh LiFePO4 battery combines a 12.8V, 150Ah energy platform with a listed discharge current of 150A. It can be evaluated for compatible golf carts, e-rickshaws, light electric vehicles and other mobility or auxiliary-power projects.

The battery is a 12.8V module rather than a complete vehicle battery system. The required battery-bank voltage, controller, motor and charger must be reviewed together before selection.

Higher Energy and Current for Mobility Projects

The 150Ah capacity provides more stored energy than the smaller 50Ah and 100Ah options. Its higher listed discharge current makes it suitable for projects where the battery must support greater DC demand.

Vehicle performance depends on the total battery-bank voltage, controller current, motor power, driving conditions and operating time. The battery should not be selected from ampere-hours alone.

Charging and Battery-Bank Compatibility

The battery uses a 14.0–14.6V maximum charging-voltage range. Its standard charging current is 30A, while the listed maximum charging current is 75A.

Applications requiring a higher system voltage may use multiple 12.8V batteries only when the series arrangement, charger and battery-management requirements have been confirmed. The brochure does not specify the maximum permitted series quantity.

Mechanical Planning for Mobile Equipment

The iron enclosure measures 505 × 185 × 240mm and weighs approximately 16.2kg. Mobile installations should secure the battery against movement and prevent cable strain at the terminals.

The IP55 rating provides resistance to dust and water jets, but the enclosure and electrical connections should remain protected from impact, immersion and long-term water exposure.

Mobility Battery Project FAQ

Is the battery ready to install directly in any golf cart?

No. The cart voltage, motor controller, charger, current demand and battery compartment must all be compatible.

Can several batteries be connected to create a higher-voltage pack?

Series designs may be considered, but the permitted quantity and system arrangement must be confirmed before ordering.

What discharge-current value is listed in the specification?

The brochure lists a discharging current of 150A for this battery configuration.

How should the battery be secured in mobile equipment?

Use a stable mounting structure that limits movement, protects terminals and prevents cable strain during operation.

What data is required for a fleet or vehicle project?

Provide the system voltage, motor power, controller current, charger specification, daily duty cycle and project quantity.

Evaluate the Complete Mobility Power System

Send the vehicle voltage, motor-controller data and charger specification. We will review the battery-bank capacity and electrical compatibility.
