11.52kWh 3.6kW All in One Energy Storage System with Stackable Battery Design

This all in one energy storage system combines an 11.52kWh stackable LiFePO4 battery bank with a 3.6kW inverter, MPPT solar charging and two AC output channels. It offers a larger energy reserve for projects that need longer backup while maintaining a compact vertical format.

More Stored Energy on a Compact Platform

The battery bank provides three times the nominal energy of the 3.84kWh configuration. The rated output remains 3.6kW, so the additional capacity primarily increases potential operating time.

This configuration can be considered for larger homes, offices, retail sites and small businesses with moderate peak power but longer evening or backup-energy requirements.

Three-Section Battery Arrangement

The system uses one bottom battery and two middle expansion sections beneath the inverter. Capacity is added vertically while the equipment footprint remains 450 × 420mm.

The calculated complete net weight is approximately 113.3kg. A stable floor and suitable access should be prepared before installation.

Solar Charging and Load Control

The MPPT solar input operates from 60–500Vdc, with a 500Vdc maximum open-circuit voltage and an 18A input-current limit. AC charging provides an additional energy source when required.

Two AC outputs allow important and flexible circuits to be organized separately. Their combined load must remain within the 3.6kW system rating.

Parallel operation and grid export are not supported. The selected configuration should therefore provide sufficient power and battery energy as one standalone system.

Is the rated output still 3.6kW?

Yes. Increasing battery capacity does not increase the inverter’s rated output.

Can it support motor-driven equipment?

Possible compatibility depends on running power, startup demand and other loads operating at the same time.

Can the system be expanded in parallel?

No. Parallel-machine operation is not supported.
