Commercial High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery System Rack Design 200.96kWh 640V
200.96kWh 640V High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery System with Rack Design
This high voltage LiFePO4 battery system provides 200.96kWh of nominal energy from a 640V 314Ah battery configuration. It is designed as the DC energy-storage section of compatible commercial solar, load-management and backup power projects.
The battery bank uses ten rack-mounted units, allowing the complete storage capacity to be organized within a modular project layout. A compatible high-voltage PCS, external DC protection, energy-management equipment and project wiring are selected separately.
200kWh Storage Capacity for Commercial Projects
The 200.96kWh rating represents nominal stored DC energy. This capacity can be evaluated for factories, commercial buildings, agricultural facilities and other project-based energy systems that require a larger energy reserve.
Battery energy and PCS output power should be calculated separately. The battery determines how much energy can be stored, while the PCS determines the available AC output, charging power and system operating strategy.
Solar Energy Storage
Store part of the available solar generation for later use when project consumption continues after the main production period.
Load Management
Use stored energy according to the project load profile and the operating strategy configured through the external PCS or EMS.
Backup Energy Reserve
Maintain a planned energy reserve for selected commercial or industrial loads when backup operation is required.
Modular Rack Battery Bank
The complete battery bank consists of ten rack-mounted units. Each unit measures 890 × 440 × 240mm and has a net weight of 118kg.
The modular format allows individual battery units to be positioned within the planned rack or battery-room arrangement. The supporting structure, floor loading, access route and available service space should be reviewed according to the complete project layout.
The IP20 enclosure requires a dry indoor technical area protected from rain and condensation. The installation location should also provide suitable ventilation, controlled access and space for cables and external protection equipment.
PCS Matching and System Boundaries
The selected PCS must support the complete 580–700Vdc battery operating range. Checking only the nominal 640V value is not sufficient because the battery voltage changes during charging and discharging.
The maximum continuous charging current and maximum continuous discharge current are both 200A. Actual PCS current settings can be lower according to the required system power, cable design and charging strategy.
A maximum pulse-discharge current of 300A is listed in the specification. Because no pulse duration is stated, it should not be treated as the normal continuous operating current.
Optional CAN or RS485 communication can be configured for compatible PCS equipment. An optional LCD provides access to supported local battery information. Compatibility should be confirmed according to the selected PCS model.
The product is the high-voltage battery bank only. The PCS, EMS, solar array, switchgear, cooling design and site-level electrical system are separate project components.
