12kW 30kWh All In One Energy Storage System for Villa Projects

This 12kW 30kWh all in one energy storage system combines a pure sine wave inverter, battery storage, dual MPPT solar charging, dual AC output and system monitoring within one coordinated cabinet.

It provides 12kW of AC output, 30kWh of rated battery energy and approximately 27kWh of usable storage at 90% depth of discharge. The configuration is suited to villas, larger homes, home offices and residential properties with several priority power circuits.

With up to 15kW of photovoltaic input under the dual MPPT configuration, the system gives installers additional solar-array capacity for supplying daytime loads and recovering the battery after extended use.

Why the 15kW Solar Input Matters

A 12kW inverter does not require the solar array to be limited to exactly 12kW. Additional photovoltaic capacity can improve energy production during mornings, afternoons and variable weather, subject to the system’s voltage and current limits.

Single MPPT Configuration Supports up to 27A and 9kW of photovoltaic input when one MPPT channel is used.
Dual MPPT Configuration Supports up to 22.5A and 15kW of total photovoltaic input when both MPPT channels are configured.
Two-Roof Solar Planning Separate MPPT channels can support photovoltaic strings installed on different roof sections, provided each string remains within the approved electrical limits.

Dual AC Output for Large Home Load Management

The dual AC output design helps installers separate essential circuits from flexible household loads. This is useful in larger residential projects where not every appliance needs the same backup priority.

Priority Load Group Can include lighting, refrigeration, routers, communication systems, security devices and selected home-office equipment.
Flexible Load Group Can include selected sockets, entertainment equipment or compatible appliances that may be managed according to available battery energy.

Air conditioners, pumps, refrigerators and other motor-driven appliances should be assessed using both continuous power and startup demand. The combined operating load must remain within the 12kW output rating.

Solar, Battery, Utility and Generator Coordination

During normal solar production, photovoltaic power can supply compatible loads and charge the battery according to the selected priority settings. Stored energy can then support selected circuits after solar production decreases.

A compatible utility source can be used for charging and backup coordination. Generator support provides another recovery option for properties experiencing long outages or limited solar production.

The maximum photovoltaic charging current, utility charging current and combined charging current are each specified at 160A. The final commissioning settings should remain within the approved battery and charging limits.
